...and last, but certainly not least, Dani Beth, the baby of the family. May 1st, 1970, two
days after the first Earth Day, along comes Pookie. The delight of our lives.....the two older sisters immediately adopted
Dani and began playing dolls with her the day we brought her home. They dressed her and changed her and generally enjoyed
the hell out of their little sister. Pookie began dancing the day she learned to walk, and hasn't stopped since.

Pookie was undoubtedly the happiest child ever born....very seldom
fussed or raised hell, just seemed to enjoy everything going on around her and always smiling. It's been over 32
years now, and she hasn't changed much.

...and dance?? All she had to do was hear music and she began dancing on the spot. She would dance in church,
in the supermarket and she danced in the isles at ball games.
Like I said, she hasn't changed much.

....but she always had this drinking problem, as you can see.

Here she is dancing with Lori, her big sister.

Dani and Dan, the only man she's ever loved |

(cepting her papa, of course.) |
And, of course, this little guy, Timmy. |

|
(who won't be a man for weeks yet!!) |
Let me just say right here and right now.....no man ever lived who had three more beautiful,
intelligent and funny daughters than I have. They're not exceptionally fond of my gushing over them......I guess
it embarrasses them, but how could a man not take pride in these three??
They have made my life complete and filled it with joy (and Lori and Pookie, of course)
and happiness and pride, but maybe they won't get in here and read all this and get all embarrassed, right? Anyway,
of all my creations, these three are on the top of the list.
